Officially, this work is known as ‘sex and intimacy coaching’ or ‘relationship coaching’. For me, though, my philosophy is simple: pleasure is healing. And I want you to experience more pleasure and joy in your life.
The work we do together supports the expression of yourself and your needs without shame, and leads to deeper connections + relationships with others and yourself.
And while we do have fun (I promise!), I won’t pretend sexual healing is all an easy, serene path. I don’t intentionally disrupt your peace, but I don’t put peace on a pedestal.

As a Certified Sex and Intimacy Coach based in Portland, Maine, I help individuals and couples rediscover connection, deepen pleasure, and build the confidence to express what they truly want in love and life.
Together, we’ll explore your barriers to intimacy, uncover what turns you on, and develop tools to feel safe, seen and supported in your relationships.
My approach is body-based (somatic), empathetic and playful to guide you on a journey of emotional and sexual healing, skill building, and transformation.

After a decade as a health coach and yoga teacher, I began my own sex and intimacy healing journey. It changed everything: my confidence, my relationships, and my capacity for pleasure.
Now, as a sex and intimacy coach and sexologist, I’m honored to guide individuals and couples through the same kind of transformation.
